1978
CNR Bearing Adapters Ltd. Co. began its business life in Istanbul under the leadership of Celalettin OZGUN. The company is currently managed by the OZGUN family under the management of Celalettin OZGUN, Fatma OZGUN and Fatih OZGUN.
1997
Starting its operations in a small production center in Istanbul, the company moved to the Istanbul-Ikitelli Organized Industrial Zone, which has an indoor area of 1,100 m².
2004
Became a member of the Turkish Exporters Assembly - Machinery and Accessories Exporters' Association.
2006
CNR brand registration was completed.
Started its export activities by carrying out its first export to Germany. It currently exports to Germany, Serbia, Bulgaria, and Russia.
2010
Obtained ISO 9001:2015 Quality Certificate.
2018
Opened its first large facility of 4,000 m² in the Çanakkale Organized Industrial Zone and began production in Çanakkale.
2021
Ranked among the top 5 companies with the highest export volume in the bearings, power transmission components, and parts product group.
2022
Ranked among the top 5 companies with the highest export volume in the bearings, power transmission components, and parts product group.
2023
The second production facility of 5,500 m² began production in the Çanakkale Organized Industrial Zone.
2024
In order to increase energy efficiency and invest in the future, our facilities transitioned to the use of solar energy.

As the leader in its field of activity, CNR continues its operations as the first manufacturer and exporter of Bearing Adapters in Turkey.
